Georgia door & window repair
About Doorza Doors & Windows
We fix what other companies want to replace
A door and window repair company serving homeowners, condo owners and landlords across Georgia. No showroom, no sales appointment, no financing pitch — just technicians who turn up, work out what actually failed, and fix it.

It started with a question nobody was answering honestly
Why does a sticking patio door come back as a quote for a new patio door? We watched Georgia homeowners get told their slider, their windows, their entire rear elevation needed replacing — when the actual fault was a pair of salt-corroded rollers, a failed balance, or a sealed unit that had given up on the sunniest wall of the house.
Replacement is a far bigger sale. It is also a far bigger disruption, a far bigger bill, and very often completely unnecessary. So Doorza was built to do the other job: the smaller one, the one that takes diagnosis rather than a sales script.
That is still the whole business. We repair. We recommend replacing something only when it genuinely cannot be saved, and when we do, we show you exactly why.
An original sash, properly repaired, will outlast the window sold to replace it.

Every repair we offer, in one place
Doors and windows are the entire business. Nothing below is a sideline to something else.
Some of it is what people expect: a patio slider that will not move, a cracked pane, a window that will not stay open. The rest tends to surprise people — a sash lock painted solid decades ago, a parted cord on an original double-hung, a strike plate that has been out of line since the last humid summer.
Pick the service that matches your problem and you will find how we approach it. If you are not sure which one you need, call and describe what it is doing — working that out is part of the job.
Not sure where your problem fits? Call (470) 613-2948 and we will tell you.
Four things we hold to
Not a mission statement. Just how the job actually gets done.
Repair first
We recommend replacement only when a repair genuinely will not hold — and then we show you the reason, not just the price.
Diagnose honestly
Sometimes nothing is broken. Winter condensation on the room side of your glass is indoor humidity, not a failed unit, and we will say so rather than sell you glass.
Specify for the location
Sealed steel-bearing rollers, load-rated hardware and the right balance for the system. Georgia builder-grade openings were fitted with light-duty parts, and fitting the same thing again just restarts the clock.
Fix the cause
New rollers on a ruined rail, or a new lock on a dropped door, buys you a season. We deal with what actually caused the failure.

The people who turn up at your door
This is a specialist trade and we staff it that way. Our technicians work the same systems every day — aluminium and vinyl sliders, multi-panel and pocket patio doors, original sash on cords and weights, putty glazing, and hardware from manufacturers that closed decades ago.
They arrive in a stocked van carrying the common roller, track, hardware and screen components, so the job usually finishes on the first visit. Drop cloths go down, and the old parts and broken glass leave with them.
They will also talk you through what they found. If you want to understand why only the west elevation has fogged, or why your sliders bind every April, ask — that conversation is part of the job.
One sticking door, or a whole building
Whether it is a single patio slider or a rental property full of them, the process does not change: inspect, quote, repair.
Homeowners
Single-visit repairs on patio doors, windows, glass and hardware.
Landlords
Turnover work and tenant requests, including student housing and rental portfolios.
HOAs and condos
Consistent repairs across many units with one point of contact.
Small commercial
Storefront glass and doors, office suites, closers and hardware.
The whole state, mountains to coast
Doorza is a statewide company. We cover metro Atlanta and its whole ring of counties, the North Georgia mountains from Dahlonega to Blue Ridge, Athens and the northeast, Augusta and the CSRA, Columbus and west Georgia, Macon, Warner Robins and Middle Georgia, Savannah, Brunswick and the coast, and South Georgia through Albany, Valdosta and Thomasville.
Because we are mobile, there is no showroom to drive to. A technician comes to your home or property, diagnoses the problem in front of you, and in most cases completes the repair the same day.

What you can hold us to
No fine print, no pressure, and no quote that changes once the work has started.
A firm price, first
You get the number before we start, and it does not move once we are working.
Free estimates
No charge to look, and no obligation once we have looked.
Repair over replacement
We do not sell replacement doors or windows, so we have no reason to push one.
Better than original parts
Sealed steel-bearing rollers and load-rated hardware rather than the light-duty components most Georgia openings shipped with.
Statewide coverage
Mountains to coast — nowhere in Georgia is out of the way.
Work done at your property
Mobile service, so nothing has to be taken away and returned.
